Lt: Vilnius po apokalipsės buvo kitoks.
En: Vilnius after the apocalypse was different.

Lt: Sunaikintas miestas pasislėpė tarp medžių ir vijoklių.
En: The destroyed city hid among trees and vines.

Lt: Saulė tekėjo virš bibliotekos, kur buvo sunaikintos knygos ir sudaužyti langai.
En: The sun rose above the library where books were destroyed and windows shattered.

Lt: Šioje griuvėsių karalystėje du žmonės susitiko.
En: In this kingdom of ruins, two people met.

Lt: Domantas žvelgė į biblioteką.
En: Domantas looked at the library.

Lt: Jo širdis ilgėjosi ramybės ir saugumo.
En: His heart longed for peace and safety.

Lt: Eidamas vidun, jis girdėjo tylių žingsnių aidą.
En: As he walked inside, he heard the echo of quiet footsteps.

En: he asked, his voice sounding quiet but firm.

Lt: Eglė pažvelgė į jį su atsargumu akyse.
En: Eglė looked at him with caution in her eyes.

Lt: „Eglė,“ – ji atsakė, laikydama knygą tarp pirštų.
En: "Eglė," she replied, holding a book between her fingers.

Lt: Ji atrodė vieniša, kaip ir jis.
En: She seemed lonely, just like him.

Lt: „Ką čia veiki?
En: "What are you doing here?"

Lt: “ – Domantas paklausė.
En: Domantas asked.

Lt: Eglė atsakė: „Ieškau žinių.
En: Eglė replied, "I'm looking for knowledge.

Lt: Knygos gali mums padėti išgyventi.
En: Books can help us survive."

Lt: “ Jos akyse spindėjo intelektas.
En: Intelligence shone in her eyes.

Lt: Staiga išgirdę dar vieną garsą, abu apsisuko.
En: Suddenly, upon hearing another sound, they both turned around.

Lt: Tai buvo Dovydas, tvirtu žingsniu artinantis.
En: It was Dovydas, approaching with a determined step.

Lt: Atrodė grėsmingas, jis kalbėjo tvirtai: „Aš ieškau žmonių.
En: He seemed threatening, speaking firmly: "I'm looking for people.

Lt: Vienybėje – stiprybė.
En: In unity, there's strength."

Lt: “ Domantas susiraukė.
En: Domantas frowned.

Lt: Gal šis nepažįstamas žmogus gali kelti pavojų?
En: Could this stranger pose a danger?

Lt: Diena artėjo prie Velykų, svarbios šventės senosiomis laikais.
En: The day was nearing Velykos, an important holiday in old times.

Lt: Jie kalbėjosi apie praeitį, apie šventę ir viltį.
En: They talked about the past, about the holiday and hope.

Lt: Domantas pradėjo pasitikėti Eglė, kai ji parodė miesto dalį, kur buvo įmanoma rasti vandens.
En: Domantas began to trust Eglė when she showed him the part of the city where water could be found.

En: She decided to trust Domantas and Dovydas.
