In a surprise twist, elementary school students decided the winners of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln's eighth annual Innovation Challenge, hosted by the Center for Entrepreneurship. Teams of students from six colleges across campus used entrepreneurial techniques and artificial intelligence tools to design products that help 10- to 12-year-olds take their vitamins without parental reminders. For the show, each co-curator or team of co-curators selected a work from the museum’s collection that features red, the school color chosen by University of Nebraska students in 1892.
