We reflect that the Gospel is greater than isolation as we live in community ruled by the forgiveness of Jesus that unites us with God and one another. 

Rooted in our identity in Christ we are free to kill the sin in our lives and put on compassion and love.

Christian maturity is not found by moving beyond Jesus and the Gospel; it flows from becoming more deeply rooted in Jesus.

In the midst of an overwhelming world we find hope in the glory of Christ.

This Reformation Sunday we recognize the law shows us our sin but the gospel sets us free. 

The Christian life is found in dying to our sinful nature and rising to new life as saints. 

God rescues the creation by bringing individuals to faith, so we seek to be a part of impacting the world in the local places where he has called us to serve him. 

When we see Jesus as the beginning and end of true justice it enables us to seek liberty for the oppressed. 

Our faith calls us to both honor and hold accountable public authority as God's servants, but we also recognize that we are called to embody the kingdom Jesus has revealed in his death for the sins of the world.

Faith is not about checking your brain at the door, rather it's an invitation to trust in God's revelation in Jesus.
