There's so much negativity in our society that encourages women to tear each other down which can lead to the demise of who we Are as women. We should always uplift and encourage one another in a positive and loving manner. We're not in competition with each other but only in competition with ourselves to be the best version of ourselves. I encourage you to be the support of your sisters and encourage them each and every day.

We should remember that it is ok to be angry and even frustrated in situations but we cannot cause harm or become rude to others.
