Is being in the room the same as having power in the room?
This episode is about the decade I spent collecting UN agencies on my CV, sitting on boards where I was thirty years younger than everyone else, and slowly understanding something nobody in those spaces was willing to say out loud. Access is not influence. A seat at the table is not a vote. And being in the room where it happens does not mean you are part of what is happening.
It is about the moment the system celebrated me loudly and abandoned me quietly. And why I finally understood that those two things were never a contradiction because my visibility was always in service of the institution and never really in service of me.

Is it fraud, or is it just the system working exactly as it was built to?
This episode is about the myth of the meritocracy the one that tells us the list, the round, the recognition means you made it on your own. It's about what happens when we stop pretending that fraud is an individual failure, and start asking who built the conditions for it.

Do you feel free, or just comfortable? Most people never ask themselves that. I stopped assuming the two were the same thing. This episode is about the cage you can see, and the one you can't the one the system built around you, and the one you built yourself just to survive inside it. It's about why success can look complete from the outside and still feel like a room you can't leave. Right now, so many of us are living inside structures we didn't design jobs, institutions, expectations that were never built to let us fully arrive. We call it ambition. Sometimes it's just a cage with better lighting. This is about the bars you can point to, and the ones you've mistaken for your own personality.

Where are you from? Most people want a single answer. I stopped giving them one. This episode is about home, identity, and why “where are you from” was never just small talk. It’s a question that decides who feels legible, who gets simplified, and who is allowed complexity. Right now, we’re watching a World Cup that claims to celebrate global unity, while people are being denied entry to even witness it. Same system, different stage. It’s sports but it’s also about movement, access, and who gets to belong without justification. This is about borders you can see, and the ones you carry. More power to you ✨🤍🙏🏽
The real problem usually isn’t what you’ve built it’s the structure you’ve been building inside. A structure designed to keep the ceiling exactly where it is. That’s not a personal failure but an architecture problem. You can change the structure and still recreate the exact same patterns because you brought the same version of yourself into the new place. Both things need fixing. And they need fixing differently. In this video, I break down five concrete steps to actually do that. More power to you ✨🤍🙏🏽
