Melanee is an integrative clinical nutritionist who works with clients to optimize their mental health through medical nutrition therapy and lifestyle change. She uses a combination of functional medicine assessments to create an integrated plan that is personalized and holistic. Melanee knows first-hand the power of nutrition to heal and is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others.

Seeking a nutritionist for mental health may not be the first thought you have, but research shows a strong correlation between mental health, gut health, and diet. Poor health isn’t inevitable. Functional nutrition seeks out root causes to symptoms and uses food plans and supplements to address those.

It is frustrating to feel unheard when seeking help. You should be a partner in your health journey. You are the only one who knows what it feels like in your body and when things are off. Melanee works as an ally with her clients. She helps you take control of your health and to find hope. Nutrition intervention can lead to freedom.

(RN holistic health coach) I am here today to discuss my journey of sexual abuse, pain, and PTSD. I made it through this journey not only as that of a survivor, but as a healthy and happy individual. I hope to inspire others who may be going through their own passage of trauma or difficulty to let them know that hope for recovery is possible and within reach.
