Building boundaries quick checklist = Look at building in a boundary, create bright lines around it, enforce/aid your success with it. Then mark out what is acceptable to warrant crossing it (if anything!) and make protocols for that!

This episode we talk about thinking outside the box. Stop falling into societies traps - their expectations and norms. They're holding you back, making you believe what you currently do is "easy". Societial expectations weren't made for anyone who isn't "normal", "typical" or "different" anyway.
