In this weeks episode we are chatting to Amy. Her sorry is truely inspirational.

Five and a half years ago had major motorbike accident was told I would never walk again because of pre exsisting birth defects and the accident. I broke my pelvis in 5 places
I set my business while bed bound, taught myself to walk in last 5 yrs an half a broken plate meaning one of existing brakes reopened 4 years ago i living with broken pelvis
sense business launched i have 6 awards.

I  opened a second business with best mate in lockdown that we launch 2 years ago and this year despite my dyslexia that I have been bullied for in school made to feel stupid by teachers,  I launched my 1st children's book. Provening dyslexia is a super power not a barrier .

Making dream catchers healed me mentally from the trauma of accident an know i get to help others sleep nightmare free

All this while beening a single mum too.

Kate Hoyle is a Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in helping teenagers overcome anxiety and low self-esteem, having lived through the impact of her daughter’s mental health issues.

Kate is also an Advanced Rapid Transformational Therapist and believes that you can't truly fix a problem until you go back to the root cause to find what caused it in the first place. She uses hypnosis to access subconscious emotional beliefs attached to past events and to convert these into beneficial and positive thoughts moving forward.
