In our first leadership podcast we talk about the rules and beliefs that we all take to work. 

The truth is, what we believe drives how we behave which dictates the results that we get. In order to change the workplace, we need to choose to shift our beliefs, so that they deliver the results that we want and then take the actions that match.

When we do this, in partnership with other people we can create workplaces that work for everybody.
