In today's episode I share with you my motherhood journey and how I have deleted all the rules on being the perfect mum.

Do you find yourself trying to be someone you're not? Like somehow you believe you have to operate and parent a certain way that doesn't align with you?

Release the guilt and shame of not being a good enough parent! AND just be you- your child will thank you in the future!

If you're also a creative this is a MUST listen to because you need to know how important it is to express yourself while being a parent.

If playdates aren't your thing Kool- don't do them, if you can't spend all day playing with your kid- Kool there's nothing wrong with that... who actually made up all the rules on how to be a good parent?? Probably someone who wasn't allowing themselves to be who they really are and followed a dull existence of following rules based on fear and not being good enough!
