She works at SAP as an Agile Coach, previously at Oracle NetSuite (where she was a member of Oracle Women’s Leadership organization) and Red Hat. In addition to that, she writes and speaks on a variety of topics, primarily focused on her real-world experiences applying Agile Methodology. She is also part of the organizational team for Women in Agile Europe.
