I'm Liv and I am an actor, freedom keeper, vintage flaneur and the founder of Glow. Glow is my business that helps leaders and their teams to overcome camera fear and build their presence, strategy, brand and share their story on video. I use embodiment techniques to help my clients cultivate their inner resolve to then integrate the building blocks that help them grow, find their voice and kick imposture syndrome (or other barriers) in the ass.

Fusing my creative skills into my coaching business has been a privilege and a key to further self-discovery, clarity of dreams and deeper understanding of the true capacity I have to live my life fully - on my terms, in my body, as I make way for all the parts of me that are still birthing, healing and transforming.
