Having the conversation about suicide is one that is difficult, but necessary in the Black community.  Being one to stand in the gap for others in times of depression, anxiety and other overwhelming moments can be the difference between life or death.  

Process the hurts and bruises from your past and become better and not bitter.  Ask God the right questions and get directions so that you can end the cycle of heartache.  

Trials and traumas come to us all and are often times unavoidable.  Those issues can have you finding yourself in pieces.  Learn to gather your own pieces in order that you may be whole again to live a life of Peace.

Kicking off the New Year with a new attitude towards your own life and what you expect to get out of it this year.  Learn to set boundaries to protect what matters most, heal from trauma and crisis, and learn your new normal.  2022 is in your own hands, what will you do with it?

Thank you so much for a great Season 1 of UnLeished!  We look forward to many more seasons to come.  Your support has been overwhelming.  Often times we feel like we are between our blessings wondering when we will see the breaking of day from our midnight.  Be encouraged and know that God will take care of you.  

Like a boxer in the ring, you may be getting hit with some really hard blows in life right now.  Just know that you may be down for the count, but you are not out.  You can still be declared the winner of your life's battles.  

We all have choices to make in life.  Sometimes we compromise in ways that cause us to compromise our peace, joy, happiness, etc.  Making the choice to choose you is something that some of us forget to do from time to time.  When it comes to relationships make sure you make the right choice to choose YOU!

Life can through us so many obstacles that we can become overwhelmed in thinking about obstacles and forget that God has options for them all.  

Come out of the ruts of life in order to win life's battles.  Do not allow your past to dictate your future and what you deserve to win, LIFE!
