Many athletes are tired of the control their owners have over their lives. With many players deciding it is time to do what's best for their mental health we will discuss if these athletes are players or pawns.

Bodies come in all shapes and sizes. Many athletes worry about their size in the sport they play. Nobody is perfect, so love the body you have!

Mental health within sports is something that is not talked about enough. Up to 35% of elite athletes suffer from mental health and the percentage increases on the collegiate scale. Listen to what we have to say about athletes going through the constant grind that could lead to burnout. 

Before desegregation many of the nation's best athletes had no choice but to attend historically Black colleges and universities, but that didn't stop them from achieving success in the pros. Do you think Black athletes should take their talents back to Black schools?
