I try really hard to balance my life in ways that bring me both joy and productivity. Some days it's easier than others to find that balance. When I feel burned out, it hits me in an emotionally exhausted way, because in dealing with my clients intimate lives, it is hard not to be pulled in emotionally, to help them work through or evolve what is needed, so I experience that drain, and eclipses have a way of bringing out the emotions in everyone, making work life easy to become imbalanced. I need to keep myself restored to do the kind of work I do, at the calibur I do it at, so I am at that point of eclipse drain, and will be taking Joan's advice here, today.Tune in and destress life for yourself!!
