I dive into what that truly means and looks like, I share my experience of where I once was and how I had to grow into this person. How most of us are afraid of discomfort but it is inevitably apart of life, I have become allies with discomfort and uncertainty and how it has gotten me far simply because I use it as the driving force to get better and better. With this being my last year in my 20s I decided to create a series of episodes on things I have learned which I know will be helpful for many. My 20s was my development stage where I learned a lot and actually built a connection with myself as I broke away from societal demands and expectations. The pressure that we carry that slowly tries to break our very existence. I learned I am always learning and over the years many people have confided in me and now I choose to use my voice and share this with the world in hopes I can be a blessing to someone especially to a person who stumbles into my podcast feeling at their lowest and leaving with some sort of hope that they too can do what I did! It’s been awhile and that’s okay I am realizing because that mental space is needed!
