When you think about capacity, what first comes to mind? Time, possibly. But what about our capacity to hold clients emotionally? Mentally? How can we start to think about this as we expand our brands?
When I first started my business, I was focused on creating more time, which was looking at efficiency, systems etc. However, once I had most of that set up, I still wasn’t able to remember things or even feel like I had the space to onboard more clients, keeping me at my income ceiling.
I was very frustrated by this at the time. Now, I know that if I am not creating emotional capacity, I won’t be able to expand. It makes sense if you think about it when it comes to the spillover effect, right?
