Hari Kalymnios is a consultant, speaker and trainer on mindset, resilience, health and how to feel ‘superhuman’. He shares his simple and practical philosophies on health and wellbeing online and in person.

From the TEDx stage to multinational corporations, Hari’s mission is to help people unlock their own ‘inner superhuman’ and become the best self-leaders they can be. He is the author of two books (The Thought Gym and Working Well) and a regular YouTuber helping empower people around the world.

Hari’s model: the BEAT framework, is a holistic approach that looks at making small improvements across various elements in our lives. Individually they add value, but it’s when we start focusing on them collectively that we are able to raise our vibration and become the best versions of ourselves.
