The importance of vulnerability is HEALING.

Shame’s narrative is that you can’t talk about your weakness and have to keep it locked up, but sharing and shining light on your shame is where healing can come in.
Someone else’s healing lies in your vulnerability.

Don’t be afraid to rumble with your emotions. Just acknowledging your true feelings is most of the work!
