In this episode of Unlocking Levels, CL gets extra personal and has an open conversation about why he decided to cut drinking, smoking and partying out of his life. This episode, in many ways, is an open letter to many of those that were considered to be a part of CL's inner circle and in the episode you will find a detailed explanation as to why he decided to switch his environment.  

This episode shares a lot about my personal reasons as to why I no longer partake in the party life and what I've decided to do with the extra time and energy I now have. Hopefully what you're able to gather is that although that party lifestyle is fun on the front end, it really takes more than it gives you. At the end of the day, we all live with the choices we make and I hope that you will make better choices for yourself as I feel that I've done for myself.

Lao Tzu, the ancient Chinese Taoist philosopher, once said "Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power."  Why is this important? Well if you're feeling stuck in life, nothing has been working out for you in terms of relationships or career choices, you're lacking a sense of fulfillment and you feel you have no direction in life, chances are you don't fully know yourself. You've kind of just followed what was laid out in front of you by others and you were lead to believe this was the best and maybe only way to live. Now you're feeling confused, a little lost and you have a sense that there's got to be more than what has been presented to you. In these moments it's very important to turn within.yourself and find answers.  

Turning to yourself may seem like the scariest thing to do because you aren't used to doing that. If you're like me, you ask for and take advice from those around you and although they mean well and you've voluntarily asked for their advice, the answers they have for you might not jibe with the direction your spirit is calling you to move in.  This is exactly why it is important to first spend time with yourself free from distraction preferably in solitude and in nature to truly begin to know yourself. Know yourself to build trust with yourself that you can figure things out when it comes to the biggest decisions of your life and by all means this is not me saying that you should tune out what others have to tell you. No way, not at all. This just means even when you seek advice from others, you ultimately make the final decision for your life knowing full well that you made the best decision possible for you.  Your potential is limitless in nature and you are the master creator of your life whether you know it or not. 

It all starts in the mind and as you spend more and more time getting to know yourself, you find out that you're more powerful than you were ever lead to believe. I believe with enough patience, effort, consistency and strength that you can do what it is you set out to do.  In this episode I go into much more detail about knowing yourself, how to get to know yourself and what that could mean for your life going forward.

In this episode of Unlocking Levels, CL the Source takes you along with him on a hike through Mount Tantalus and Manoa Falls in Oahu, Hawaii. Along the way, many moments of clarity were had and I share them with you in this episode.   

You'll get a beautiful view of the mountains and the lookout at the top of the mountain that oversees the valley and you'll get a view of Manoa Falls. It's not peak rainy season on the island during this hike so the falls were more of a stream but still beautiful nonetheless.

In this episode of UNLOCKING LEVELS with CL The Source, the conversation is centered on breaking down ways to break generational curses. First of all, what is a generational curse you might be asking?  

CL breaks down what his idea of a generational curse is and how he's working diligently on breaking the ones that were passed down to him for the betterment of not only himself but of his entire bloodline going forward. That sounds like a lot of weight to bear but CL breaks down why it's such important work and how it doesn't have to feel like a burden or obligation but rather an exciting journey.
