Celebrating my birthday has been more difficult since my mom passed away in 2022 but something I’ve learned is that we can be in grief but also can find joy and happiness in moments too and both can be true at the same time. 

Something I’ve also learned from my mom about birthdays is to celebrate life and celebrate what you’ve learned and how far you’ve come.  So I thought it would be fun to share some of the lessons I’ve learnt in the last three decades that you may also be able to apply in your journey
