Who are the Ascended Masters and Ascended Angels? This topic was selected because our theme was Spirit Guides last week, and Ascended Masters was touched on briefly. So that’s why we’re doing this show to expound on that exciting topic. Are you one of the many people who are not familiar with the Ascended Masters and their roles in your life?

Spirit Guides is always a popular topic. As a human being, you may tend to categorize everything. You like to put things into packages and say, “well, it’s this and it’s that.” So from your human perspective, you do tend to do the same with spiritual matters. So one of these spiritual elements is seemingly to categorize the different kinds of spirit guides and put them on a list.

So, of course, for this reason, there is a list of Ascended Masters. And these are, as the wording suggests, ascended beings who are available to assist anyone and everyone on the planet. They are beings who have, just like you, lived in a physical body on Earth. Therefore they directly know the ups and downs of living here on this planet. They understand the challenges of being alive on Earth because they experienced it themselves. And just like us, they went through many incarnations, and they learn through trials and tribulations about life in this world.

And these individuals, unlike other human beings, got to the point where they mastered being alive in a physical body on planet Earth. They mastered it. They became masters of balance. This form of mastery can be very challenging because Planet Earth is a planet of duality, of ups and downs. And so, to become a master on this Earth, one must become a master of balance.

So many of those beings on the Ascended Masters list learned how to live in a body on planet earth. They then ascended beyond this realm of learning and had the choice of whether to stick around and help everybody else or not. And so the ones that you tend to refer to as guides and to be available to all of us are those Ascended Masters who have elected to stick around and help us.

And so, Spirit Guides have evolved to the point that everyone on the planet could contact and be in communication with them and asking for them for help at the same time. So each of them is a nonlinear consciousness. They are a multi-dimensional consciousness capable of helping many people simultaneously. You can think of it as each of the Ascended Masters have ab individual and unique frequency. You might say they have their own unique personality or aspects of personality.

To contact them, you must also achieve the ability to tune your spiritual nature to the same frequency. It is somewhat like a shortwave radio set. Both the receiver and the transmitter must be set to an identical channel to communicate with each other. This can be achieved through a daily meditation practice. And then by simply asking for their guidance. They are waiting for you to ask. There is no worthiness requirement on your part.

One of the questions I often receive from my students and clients is, “who is my Ascended Master?” Well, there are a plethora of these wonderful beings. They come from all the different parts of the globe as well as various strata of past societies.

There are examples of Ascended Masters from all the major religions and those not associated with any religion whatsoever. There are Ascended Masters that you have all heard of and ascended masters that you have never heard of. You can encounter individual guides from any of those areas. Many of you may have a particular favorite one you resonate with more than others. This might depend upon the faith that you have been brought up in.

It might depend on other things. For example, in Christianity, a favorite, Ascended Master is Jesus, also known as Joshua. He is an Ascended Master. His mother, Mary, is one of the Ascended Masters found on the list of female Ascended Masters and Goddesses. Both of those souls have dedicated themselves to helping and assisting any of you who want to call upon them. You can learn from them, receive healing from them, receive information, and get help in any other way.

So all around the world, there has been evidence of these beautiful souls. Some examples of more well-known Ascended Masters are Jesus Christ, Buddha, and Muhammad. Some less recognized Ascended Masters are Confucius, Lao Tzu, Saint Germain, Hilarion (the incarnation of St. Paul), and Quan Yin. While they were alive, they dedicated themselves to promoting God the cosmic consciousness, their personal evolvement, and the general advancement of love and light.

Many more individuals on this list of Ascended Masters are not written down in history. No one knows their names. I was recently involved in a Mystery to Mastery group session. Ascended Masters showed up connected to the Native American and Aboriginal heritage. One told us his name was Sarasota. And he has not been written about and not been talked about. He worked with us in our group, helped us, and offered lots of information. There are many like that that you can meet through meditation and by using your intuition. They would be delighted to connect with you and assist you.

Other Spirit Guides are the angels and Archangels. There are differences between these angelic beings and the Ascended Masters. The significant difference is that the Ascended Masters are really like us, but the angels are not.

Ascended Masters are kind of if you want to use the word ahead or further along the path. They have lived in bodies and experienced what you have experienced. They have become a master on the level of being in a body and physical reality. They are the ones who have chosen to grow and expand by being all the way in physical reality.

The angelic realm is predominantly nonphysical. And angels have a different path of ascension, a different path of development that does not involve incarnating in a physical body. After experiencing many incarnations, The Masters found their place amongst people and community. And then, after many incarnations, they have found their true life purpose. They discovered who they were and why they were here. They then became Ascended Masters.

So the angelic realm also has an evolutionary pathway. And just many different humans are all at different stages of evolvement. So one could say the same thing for the angelic realm. And just like you have many humans who specialize in different things, the same is true in the angelic realm.

You might have some Angels who specialize in healing, manifestation, or specialize in working on a planetary level with the magnetics of the planet. Some may specialize in working more with animals or and so on.

So Angels and Ascended Masters follow parallel evolutionary paths. They are both aspects of the Divine. One is choosing a pathway in an incarnated form, and one chooses not to incarnate.

However, on occasion, angels may manifest in physical form. So there are examples of angels who sweep in and momentarily manifest in the physical world. Still, generally speaking, they are nonphysical beings. And there are plenty of examples of that. For example, there are many stories of somebody who was about to be run over by a car. And then a man appeared and swept them across the road faster than humanly possible and then disappeared.

So no matter what challenge you may be experiencing, there are Angels and Ascended Masters that are there at your beck and call to assist you with your difficulties. All you need to do is call on them.

You may have questions about your Spirit Guides like “who is my Spirit Guide” or “what is my spirit guide trying to tell me?” Well, this week’s Unlocking Your Truth episode topic is about just that. The theme question was suggested by one of our listeners, Katie. She asked an interesting question about meeting your Spirit Guides:

“Can we meet or sense our Spirit Guides “on-demand,” or must we wait for them to greet us? How do we know what they are here to guide us with? And how can we tell if they are an angel, fairy, or another being?” what is my spirit guide trying to tell me.”

The short answer to the question Katie asked, “can you communicate with your spirit guides on demand” is yes. People often think that they have to wait to be contacted by Spirit Guides and that it’s really all according to the Spirit Guides. Much of it is dependant on your specific desire of how you want this to happen.

There is so much guidance available to you. The main thing to understand is that how to communicate with your spirit guide and other benevolent beings is up to you. All you need to do is ask, and they will be available to you.

Occasionally you may have an awareness of a message from a guide. However, you may not be sure what they are trying to get across. You may wonder things like “what are they asking me to do” or “what do they want me to do?” Benevolent Spirit Guides are never going to contact you and tell you what to do. It’s not about them contacting you because they have a special mission for you to carry out. They exist to assist you, to help you out. So you will always have a choice, as well.

You can learn to communicate with your spirit guides on-demand as well. So how can you do that? The simplest way to learn how to talk to spirit guides and angels is by developing your psychic abilities. And the simplest way to awaken your psychic abilities is through meditation. By turning within, focusing on your inner being and your inner world, and quieting all the noises of physical reality, you can start to become more sensitive to nonphysical reality.

And your spirit guides don’t exist in physical reality. They exist in nonphysical reality. And, and so the first step can be through meditation through quieting all that noise from 3d reality. Tuning into that nonphysical level of reality may be difficult for many of you. There seems to be a lot of internal noise when you try to focus on your inner nature. Your mind is constantly working; your emotions are running, and so on.

The idea is to create and develop a practice to still the mind and to quiet your emotions. Your goal is to focus your conscious awareness in a particular way that stimulates your psychic abilities. This allows you to use those nonphysical, spiritual senses. And there are many different ones. And so, there are many different ways that you can tune into your spirit guides.

Several psychic powers will put you in contact with your guides and angels:

And so, through practice, through understanding how to consciously access your psychic abilities, you can reach out to your spirit guides. Your goals are to see them, hear them, know all about them, and so forth. And it is then, at the point, that you can absolutely call upon them on demand. Once you accomplish this step, you can communicate with your spiritual guides and work with them.

You can call on them to consult your healing guide for information. You can ask for directions with problems. You can turn to them for help with making decisions. One of the beautiful things about reaching this level of interaction with these incredible benevolent beings is that you can source all of the preceding forms of consultations for yourself and others. Many psychics use their spirit guides for direction involving the people they are reading.

So the key to asking spirit guides for signs and understanding spirit guides is developing a spiritual practice of internal connection to your higher self and being committed to it. The relationship between you and your guides is not just something that will drop out of thin air. Just like any relationship you have, it can take a little bit of practice and dedication on your part.

Communication with your Spirit Guides is like anything else. If you want to have a conversation with someone, probably the easiest way to have a conversation is to start a conversation. If somebody is very shy or quiet and is not saying anything, try to start the conversation. The more chances are you’re going to have a good conversation. So step one, ask, reach out.

Step two is regarding how do you know what they are here to guide you with? For example, if you met a perfect stranger on the street, how would you start a conversation with them? You might ask, what do you do for a living? And they will reply. So the best way to understand what your guides are here to help you with is by communicating with them, by simply asking them.

Interactions with guides can happen in many ways and for many reasons. So, for example, just before we came on air, I had a session with a lady who wanted to communicate with Spirit Guides. There were many of them, but the main one that came forward to communicate with her was a manifestation guide.

That guide introduced himself as being a specialist in manifestation. They were present to help her understand how to manifest consciously and how to create abundance. That information came through purely by talking to the guide.

There are many different types of spirit guides to help you in various manners. Some guides are specialists, like the manifestation guide previously mentioned. You may have another guide who is a healing guide. And that guide is there to help you be a healer, heal yourself, or facilitate the healing process for other people.

So there can be guides who specialize in certain things, and you can agree with a specific guide to work together on that particular thing. There are other kinds of guides which you might call more of a generalist in a fashion.

So, for example, many of us will have guides who are like a guardian angel or a guide that really is with you your whole lifetime. They may be with you over multiple lifetimes and generally helping you with everything about who you are, about your life, and so on. There are angelic beings, nonphysical beings, who are also serving different purposes. You can have angels that oversee the magnetics of the planet, for example or angels that act in a capacity to serve humanities specifically.

Then other guides are available to everyone on the planet, such as the great master teachers, Ascended Masters. This would be a notable entity such as Buddha, Mohammed, or even Jesus Christ. These guides are individuals who have reached a state of enlightenment and made a choice to serve humanity.

And so when you are tuning into your higher guidance, you might come across, you might have a particular relationship with one of those or other Ascended Masters.

How can you tell if they are an angel, fairy, or another being? The simplest way is to ask them? There is no limit to who they can be. There are infinite beings. Every single human has multiple guides. Some angels have been given names that you might find on a list in a book of angels. But there are infinitely more than you have even thought to categorize or name.

And the same thing with Ascended Masters. Some are remembered in history who are labeled as an Ascended Master. However, so many more are not recorded in the annals of history yet are available to us. And you may meet these tremendous beings of light and benevolence through your spiritual adventures.

And again, how do you know who your guide is? You definitely would recognize them in some way. Now, you always want to double-check because there are beings out there that might pose as somebody they are not. They may pretend to be your guardian angel or pretend to be an Ascended Master, but really, they’re not. You can tell by the frequency of their energy. You can ask them over and over again who they are and their purpose. If your intuition is telling you that there may be an issue, keep asking because they can not go on lying to you. Eventually, the truth must come out.

Now you understand that the guides are present to help with all and any kinds of issues. Ask, and you shall receive. The second significant fact regarding these beings is don’t get hung up with who you think they might be or not be. They are there for your benefit. So enjoy the fact that your guides are around to help you.

This episode of Unlocking Your Truth with Dr. Lesley Phillips is dedicated to the listeners and giving free psychic readings answering their heart-felt questions. But, of course, they were welcome to ask about anything they liked.

Our radio show’s listeners had an array of queries. They asked everything from career to relationship questions. The following was a selection of just a few of these:

One of the things to remember in visiting psychics for answers or clarity is that you create your reality. So whatever is going on in your life right now, you created it. And whatever it is that you would like to change, or manifest, as the creator of your reality, you absolutely can do that.

And this is one of the reasons why you should not entertain asking a future time question. You all recognize that it is very, very tempting. People always want to know such things from paid or free psychic readings:

And, of course, that is entirely down to you as you are the creator of your reality. So depending on your energy at the moment, all of those things you want to create can either be more likely or less likely. So if you do have a future time question and you can ask it, but the answer may not come to fruition. You still have free will to chose what happens to you. Do not let someone else control your future.

Yet, a Psychic reading is a great way to uncover answers to personal issues that you may have. For example, relationship problems are one of the main topics people need clarity around and Life Purpose. It could be that you are looking for some more information about something under the umbrella of metaphysics and spirituality. Or you may have past life experiences that you need to be clarified.

Question 1-Tamara, “I’ve been working on myself for years now since I started hearing voices and feeling things. Five years ago. I’m grounding daily and meditating daily, I see colors and random pictures, but I’m still blocked somewhere in the third eye. I’ve done lots of healing. What’s the main thing blocking me from my Clairvoyance? I know this is my path.”

Psychic Response- “We’ll take a look at that for you, Tamara, and thank you for asking your question. All right, so I’m just taking a look at your energy. And well, I do see what you’re talking about. And it might take me a moment to translate what’s going on here. But, I see a couple of things. One is to let go of any effort that you’re getting into. Because if you approach your psychic abilities through effort, you’re approaching it through the body levels. And so you want to let go of any effort. And you also want to let go of any tendency to be intellectualizing or trying to figure it out, intellectually, so there’s a little touch of those two things. But, still, there’s something else that seems to be the major one.

And, okay, I’ll explain how I see it. It’s almost like there’s a device going across the front of your sixth chakra. And it reminds me a little bit of one of those virtual reality devices, you know, you put the helmet on, and then they play your virtual reality. And it just looks like that device is creating a limit on what you can see and how much you can see. So I don’t know why the devices were there or who put them there.

Sometimes these things can be leftover from a past life, sometimes they can come from another person who doesn’t want you to see or isn’t worried about you. Seeing things sometimes can be an old agreement with a being or an old guide or something. And so that’s what I’m seeing. And perhaps that might be the reason why it’s so frustrating for you that you’ve been unable to figure out what’s going on.

So it’s an energy device, and it’s attached at the front of the sixth chakra, and it feels like it goes around the back to the base of the skull. So this is the kind of thing that you might want to ask for some help clearing out. It’s something that I’d be able to help you with if you wanted to connect with me outside of the show, but that’s what I’m seeing in your case. That it’s just some kind of restriction or limitation device that’s not allowing you to fully open up to the full use of your Clairvoyance.”

Question 2-Fran “Dr. Lesley, wonder if you see a past life connection with my husband, Greg, is there some kind of plan or issue that we are destined to work together? work on together?”

Psychic Response- “Right? Let’s take a look at you, Fran. And I’m going to just tune into your primary spiritual growth cycle right now.

What comes up for some reason is that there are some dreams that you would like to make into a reality. And, again, I’m seeing you need to be more grounded to make that happen. And it feels like perhaps these dreams are a co-creation with Greg. So let’s take a look at that idea. But, again, from a past life comes context.

So I’m seeing there are quite a few past lives you shared with him. We’ll just pick one or two as an example. Let’s see what we get here. I’m getting Gone with the Wind as a reference point, which I think is just helping date and locate the past life. So I think that’s set in the south in the United States. Would it be in the 1800s? So let’s take a look at who you were.

Well, I actually believe that you were married in the past life that I’m looking at. So you know, when you’re married to somebody in your past lives, there can be all sorts of different relationships. But in this particular case, I’m seeing that your gender roles were reversed. So you were the man, and he was the woman, though.

And I’m also seeing that you had at least one child. So I’m looking at you at the point that you’ve had your first child together. And it feels like it was a time of war. I can’t remember that movie, but maybe it is that the Civil War timing. I’m not sure, but it feels like there was some kind of war-type stuff going on. And that you created this child together and the experience that the child gave. You know, as they say, a bundle of joy just straight from God, full of love.

Beautiful, you know, or inspiring this new being coming into the world and how much love you both felt for the child. And of just how much love you could feel. And so the co-creation that’s coming up is love on the planet at a time when there was war, chaos, and people hating each other. And yet, you co-created this vibration of love through being together in marriage. And through having at least one child together. And that it looks like that was a really strong family unit that remained strong throughout that bond of love.

And so, if I look in the present lifetime, it looks like you’re wanting to remind yourself of that. Because you’re in a way, or in a similar time. There’s a lot of chaos, a lot of polarities. And how does one navigate that? What can one do? Well, you can be here and be a beacon of light and love. And so it feels like what’s missing right now is that grounding. So that’s what’s coming up.”

Question 3- Carey “I would like to know which of my psychic abilities is the strongest so that I can focus more on developing.”

Psychic Response-“Well, the theme that’s developing today is, blocks to your psychic abilities. So when I tune into your energy Carey, I’m seeing something similar to the first person I read tonight. But with you, it’s in the fifth chakra and the crown chakra. So some kind of blocking of the crown chakra and the fifth chakra. And, you know, sometimes your most significant challenges can turn into your biggest gifts. But so let’s just take a look at that.

So I’ve seen at the moment that it might be easier for you to focus on your Clairvoyance in some senses. Because I see that your sixth chakra looks brighter and more transparent than your fifth and seventh chakra. But of course, all of your chakras, which all channel different psychic abilities, all work together in an integrated system. And so, at some point, you would come across those blockages that I’m seeing in the fifth and seventh chakra.

And the seventh chakra is to do with knowingness and trance mediumship. And the fifth chakra is to do with telepathy, Clairaudience, and pragmatic intuition. So let’s see if I can give you a bit more information about what it looks like.

The blocks are just like a gag order. You know, it’s not safe to speak what you see. So, on the one hand, you know that if you’re developing your Clairvoyance, sometimes it’s just because you want to develop it for yourself and answer your own questions. But sometimes it’s because you want to speak about what you’re seeing. So I get the impression that it might be hard for you to speak about what you’re seeing because something is going on here at the fifth chakra and the crown chakra.

There’s also energy wanting to come in between you and your divine source and your higher consciousness. So the short answer to the question is Clairvoyance. The long answer to your question is that there’s obviously more than one ability at play. It is a system that works together.”
