Emma Estrela was born in Brasil and adopted by English parents as a baby. Appearing to have it all, the relationship, the corporate job, the lifestyle, life had other ideas. A redundancy and the illness of a close friend, a night in a police cell combined with an inspiring podcast, took her to the work of Wim Hof, the Ice Man.

So off she went to Poland to do his Winter Workshop, little knowing it was going to totally change her life and shatter her world and help her discover who she was and redefine her identity.

Now the first Level 3 Wim Hof instructor in the UK, and the first British based woman to be a Wim Hof intructor at all, she's one kickass woman.

I've had the pleasure of a weekend with Emma, chasing waterfalls and falling in love with cold water immersion. I hope you'll be as inspired as I have been by this amazing woman.

Laura Exton is the founder of Sacred Sister Gathering and owns the SunnySide Retreat in Somerset. She's been working with women for many decades.

Her ability to follow her intution was there from an early age and took her to Scotland, to the middle East, into a violent marriage and deep intom womens community and womens work.
Along the journey she dealt with multiple miscarriages, health problems and the gift of two wonderful children. Despite so many apparent challenges, her ability to be positive, embodied and connected, and to find a path through the pain is inspiring.

She works now from her home and retreat centre in Somerset and is training to be an Interfaith Minister.

My journey was shaped by so many things. Growing up in the shadow of Margaret Thatchers influence, as the first female Primeminister and the working culture that creating, shaped my early days. And then realizing that divine feminine was so different to what I believed. And through working with many teachers and listening to many male opinions that just did not resonate as to what feminine was, I found my way to UnMask.

It's a deep, vulnerable dive for me, to explore my journey with the feminine, and the turning points that helped me open up to more and to embrace and express my authentic self.

Jules Kay grew up on a council estate in Manchester in the 70's and 80's, not the easiest beginning. But from an early age Jules showed resiliance and an uncanny ability to manifest opportunities.

Rachel Foy working life started in the Corporate World. Based in Munich, Germany her world fell apart when her fiance walked out on her for one of her friends. Possibly one of the best things that happened to her, this sister wound catapulted her onto a totally different trajectory.

Using this experience and recognizing how her coping strategies all related to food, diet and self-esteem, Rachels journey took her to the UK, to the United Arab Emirates and back to the UK as she found her place in the sisterhood. And as she found herself, she connected to her own personal magic, which she teaches and shares in the world.

Luna Anna has not had an easy life. Her story can be described as harrowing and not for the faint hearted. It's not the easiest listen, especially the first part but listen you must.
