At the root of a health imbalance is some type of compensation by the body triggered by a stressor. Now stressors are not always bad, and some stress is incredible important for a well rounded life (in our opinion) and achieving your goals.

Chronic long term and repeated stressors is where we run into issues because the stress response never has a chance to fully turn off. The body continues to compensate, altering appropriate cortisol secretion and affecting end-organ function.⁣⁣
