Iv'e been looking forward to this episode for 2 very important reasons. Tune in as I share with you why. You didn't think I was going to give you the tea before you listened did you chillleee lol
Throughout this month we will have several guests on from a psychotherapist, to a mindset coach, to an individuals actively living with a mental disorder, to a mental health program that provides support services. Our guests will help us to dismantle stigmas associated with mental health. The objective for this month is to highlight Mental Health but to provide SUPPORT! If you don't suffer from a mental health issue PLEASE don't check out, listen in so you can know how to support those in your tribe who do. We will also discuss prevention, how to identify and acknowledge our emotions and feelings. How to protect and preserve our mental health.
May shouldn't be a somber month because its Mental Health Awareness month, instead be excited because it's a time where we will be educated so that we can help others and ourselves. Journey with me as we find and create a safe space for ourselves and others.

April 10, 2022 Episode 24: In PERFECT alignment
In this episode I discuss being in PERFECT alignment with the will of God for our lives. I personally have NEVER subscribed to the idea that things happen just because. I DO believe there are situations, places, people and other things God places in our path to help us fulfill the purpose he has for our lives. BUT, it is ultimately our choice whether we yield to these experiences.
If you are remotely human you may question, "Why is this happening to me?", "What is my purpose in life? If you don't, then START!
The only advice I can give to help you answer these questions is to be PERFECT alignment with Gods will for your life. NO I DID NOT SAY BE PERFECT!
Being in perfect alignment means NOT focusing on your talent, or what you perceive to be the lack there of, BUT to focus on your heart...Life is NOT linear, and the sooner you accept that your path to a successful life may not look the way that you want it to be, the better. The goal is to get there! A lot to intake huh? Welp this is the point when you click on the episode and listen while we unpack this thing together...ok BYE!

So last year I decided to revamp my existing perfume collection, only to realize that my 70 Bath and Body Work mists were a solid foundation but weren't solid enough to help me to give off "Rich Auntie" vibes in the fragrance department. In revamping, I was frantically all over the place spending hundreds of dollars in purchases.
