This week on the show Caroline Burckle joins me on the show.
Caroline is a former Olympic swimmer. She represented the USA at the 2008 Olympic games where she helped America win a bronze medal in the 4x200 meter freestyle relay. She's a graduate of the University of Florida where was a 23-time all-American, and in 2008 she was the NCAA female swimmer of the year she broke one of the oldest standing NCAA women's records in the 500-yard freestyle.
Post-retirement Caroline co-founded the rise athletes coaching program which helps empower athletes to be their best and helps them control their emotions and the pressures that come with high-performance sports.
However, I didn't hear about caroline because of her swimming accolades, I heard caroline's story of how she got to where she is today and the struggles and valleys she had to cross to find herself.
