Over the years, what I've noticed in a lot of my patients is a lack of fulfillment, a disconnection within themselves. A disconnection from their true selves.  At some point, they made decisions that separated them from their true nature. So, how do we get back to our true knowingness? When I think about babies….they know what they need and want and raise their voice to ask for it, and I wonder how we go from that to being completely out of knowingness, out of tracks, unfulfilled, and not knowing who we are. How do we return to our deep knowingness, our true self?
