This week the crew at Unpacked the Podcast is unpacking self-sabotaging behavior and we're happy to explore something all three of us have suffered with at one time or another.
According to Psychology Today, behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems in daily life and interferes with long-standing goals. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors include procrastination, self-medication with drugs or alcohol, comfort eating, and forms of self-injury such as cutting.
In episode 21, Rev, Tiff, and Di unpack the tools and resources they use to make sure they don't fall victim to self-sabotage in their short and long term goals. They are open and transparent about their own weaknesses and hope you join them in owning their authenticity!
