Donald Trump received a target letter from Special Counsel Jack Smith warning him he's about to be indicted for his illegal schemes to try and stay in power after the 2020 election. Glenn breaks down the 3 charges in the letter. Then, as the January 6th House Select Committee wrapped up their investigation - they referred some of Trump's crimes to the Department of Justice.
