Are you a content guzzler?
With so many self help books, courses, and even podcasts out there, it's hard not to soak up all the content on offer.
It's time to ask yourself if it's really helping you though?
My Guest, Trevor Crump and I, talk about why he stopped consuming self help content. Here's a hint:
1. Consumption is a creative suck.
2. Consumption leads to comparison.
By consuming less content you can execute more = networking more.
Consuming less content allows you to learn more on the job from people who are doing it right now without the overwhelming feeling of paralysis of not knowing when or where to start.
