A couple weeks ago on the podcast, I talked about how to be yourself.

As in, the literal how of the being. (Spoiler alert: it’s all about radical self-belief.)

Which is great! And: it’s usually followed by the question: okay so what do I do next?!

Because there’s no point in that radical self-believing if you aren’t going to do anything with it!

Eventually, you’re going to need to make a move. And it’s likely that move is going to be super uncomfortable even though you’re all in on radical self-belief.

Which is why, this week, we get to tackle the doing side of the Being + Doing = the Life You Want venn diagram!

Because having the life you want is an ongoing practice, one that you can start today!

In today’s podcast episode, you’re going to hear about the 5 C’s of Being Yourself and how they help you actually tackle the what to do question.

And to be clear, the 5 C’s aren’t boxes to check on your way to a perfect life, they’re practices for you to consider as you start, check in with as you make progress, and return to when things get wobbly.

Which they inevitably will because: Life.

Along the way, you’ll also get to write a new set of rules for yourself that help you have the capacity to keep going and the courage to show up when doing so feels the hardest.
