The podcast currently has 11 episodes available.
In this episode, I share 5 simple tips for making habits stick (or unstick). Don't let your brain fool you into relying on motivation for that short-term intensity over building a routine for long-term consistency.

So, so excited to finally reveal this little project I've been working on!
I've always wanted to interview people (for years now!) and it's so surreal to finally get the chance to do so. I'm so happy to be able to put the spotlight on all types of creatives and micro businesses - and to dive deeper into their mindsets, creative processes, struggles and goals.
As I mentioned in the intro - I love interviews and learning from those who are successful, but I personally find them hard to relate to sometimes because my business and goals are on a much, much smaller scale. So my goal with these interviews is to bring you relatable and authentic chats to inspire and motivate you, but also to make you feel less alone in this creative journey of yours!
Really hoping you love these as much as me!!
A HUGE thank you to the amazing Savannah for being my very first guest (you shared so many gems that I could've talked to you for hours!), my first ever Workshop patron, and a continuous source of support and inspiration ❤️

Finally recorded a new (un)planned episode!
A super casual ramble about what I think is key to building a sustainable long-term business: absolutely loving what you do and doubling down on what makes you different :)
Also just to clarify: I said that you can’t just sit there and think about the business you want but that’s only partly true. What I meant to say was that if you’re not sure what direction you want to head in, simply waiting around and thinking won’t move you forward, and that taking small steps in any direction will give you more clarity! Hope that makes sense. Of course it’s important to think about what you want and the business you want to build, but I didn’t express myself well haha. You can’t just figure out what you want by thinking about it. Taking action and taking steps towards discovering yourself and your style will make the biggest impact! And I wanted to mention (but forgot) that when I had a think about what was preventing me from recording a new episode, I realised that my current method wasn't... sustainable ;) So this episode doesn't just apply to starting a business but also business processes!
Hope you found this episode helpful :)

Thank you to Kiran from @kiranbaclay for your question this week!
This episode is for those who are starting out on their business journey. I share 3 tips (plus 2 bonus ones) which are, as usual, mostly mindset-related and what I think is important. I would love to know if any of these tips resonated with you!

Apologies for the buzzing background noise! There just happened to be some construction going on while I was recording. Hopefully it's not too loud.
A gentle reminder for those of you juggling multiple balls in business and life, and feeling overwhelmed by all the tasks that need your attention. The key to being productive and not just busy? Double down on your "one thing" that will give you the most results and don't try to do everything all at once. Prioritise the one thing that will make the biggest difference, and break down big goals into smaller actionable tasks.
Also available on YouTube with English captions.
