Today I am talking about missing a workout that you had planned to do, why this in no way should make you feel like a failure, and how to cope and still be proactive when an unplanned rest day happens so you can move forward and stay on track. 


If you ever had an unplanned rest day that made you feel like a complete failure, this episode is for you. One or two unplanned rest days don’t make you a failure. The only thing that does, is if you quit. Come find the motivation to push through and keep moving forward.
