Hey Everyone, I hope your summer has been a blast. We are back with another hit talking about mental crisis. Do you or a friend / loved one, have or have had a mental illness. Mental illness is not something to be ashamed about if you have it. When you recognize that you do, you will need help to figure out how to navigate through the wild storm. In today’s episode, I have Elijah-Marie Reid talking about what you or someone close to you can do to face their mental challenges. Too many times we loose people to mental illnesses and suicide.
I want you to know that there are plenty of resources available to you.
