In this episode I look back at a piece I did regarding ADHD (also known as ADD) and some of the common myths surrounding this disorder. It came about after a week of parent meetings and numerous discussions on the topic with them. It was actually quite scary to hear some of the perceptions they had around ADHD and their children as a result of lots of misinformation.

I have worked extensively with children experiencing ADHD and have found if managed properly we can avoid it becoming a major problem for the child regarding both learning and behaviour difficulties. In this episode I try to give an insight into my thinking around how I do this and also give some positivity for parents who have children who are coping with ADHD.
