    Meet Claudia, a scoliosis specialist, seasoned Personal Trainer, and accomplished Yoga Instructor, navigating her profound journey with a severe 3-curve scoliosis. Starting her fitness career in the bustling fitness scene of London, Claudia later ventured to India in 2018 to acquire her 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate. Relocating to Vancouver in 2019, she spent three years as a full-time personal trainer and yoga teacher at Equinox, where her personal experience with scoliosis inspired a passion for working with others facing similar challenges. The Feel Good Spine, Claudia's brainchild, emerged from this passion. In 2022, she enhanced her expertise with Yoga for Scoliosis training and now teaches yoga for scoliosis virtually and in-person, catering to a diverse clientele spanning ages and curve types. Claudia's infectious energy, combined with her fitness prowess and specialized scoliosis training, ensures that her clients' journeys are both enjoyable and effective. Currently, she collaborates with scoliosis and fusion patients, fostering their well-being through online and in-person sessions.
