Unraveling the Veil

You’ve struck gold! This episode gives you an opportunity to reflect on your life as it currently is and see if there are any new paths you desire to take. Spirit presents us with the chance to choose to live a more intentional life. Guided by Spirit, you and I go on a journey together, where we are presented with the blueprint for the various steps that you'll face along the way to pursuing your heart's desire. Not only do they provide you with the blueprint, but they also give you little nuggets for staying centered and calm while navigating rugged terrain. This is a beautifully empowering message of the nonphysical’s unwavering love and support for us as we cultivate the kind of life we want to experience.

Episode 32 is about remembering who you are. You have the energy that created the entire universe flowing through you. The only limits on you are those you put on yourself. Drop the masks, costumes, and people-pleasing; stop trying to fit in when you were meant to stand out and show the world who you are. Your tribe can't show up until you do. Shine your light and let release the needs and expectations that have been placed upon your shoulders. You did not come here to live a life designed by others but to thrive in a life only you can create for yourself.

Today's episode ties the importance of all the previous lessons together by showing how they coalesce into cultivating a loving, strong, resilient, and balanced inner you. Spirit teaches us that the best way to navigate the impermanence of life is to be mindful of where you are placing your attachments and ideas of success, value, and merit. Are you basing these on things and people external to you, or are you basing them on the extraordinary person you have become?

In this episode, I ask you to consider what you would be willing to do for a million dollars. It seems everywhere we look, we see contests, games, and get-rich-quick schemes. This episode was created with love to give you the opportunity to examine your beliefs around money and your pursuit of it. It aims to bring awareness to the perspective that you are operating from with regard to this subject matter and whether that is beneficial or hindering your ultimate goals.

In this episode, I talk about love's incredible power to transcend everything, including death. I share my experiences and beliefs about where souls go when they leave their physical bodies. I also share the lessons that Spirit has taught me when I have difficulty processing why people die in the ways and ages they die. I hope this episode brings hope, love, and peace to people struggling to understand the death of a loved one and also helps you to see that physical death isn't a final ending to your connection with someone. It's merely a transition to a new kind of connection.

In episode 28, I share my recent discovery about how my past defense mechanisms still impact my current and future realities. I don't share these experiences to point out my failures but to demonstrate that healing from past issues doesn't happen overnight. Healing is a process, and it is done layer by layer. It requires self-forgiveness, love, and compassion as you continuously try to evolve and free yourself

from past belief systems and habits. The fear of being criticized and judged keeps me from showing up consistently in the way that I long to show up. While I thought most of the exhaustion and burnout I discussed in episode 27 was due to an attachment to a specific outcome, I have realized that it was also caused by stifling my creativity and suppressing my gifts. Spirit also weighs in with messages of grace, trusting your intuition and inspirations, and knowing that they are supporting & loving you in all that you do.

In episode 27, I share a personal misadventure I experienced recently when I attached to a specific outcome instead of remaining open to the unlimited opportunities available. I convey the lessons that I have learned from this experience in hopes you can learn from it. If nothing else, I hope it allows you to see how "perceived failures or mistakes" offer you valuable lessons that are just part of your journey.

Episode 26 is an example of trusting in yourself and your spiritual community enough to take a leap of faith even when it doesn't make sense. It's a great example of the power of self-awareness. It's a powerful reminder that you reap what you sow, so make sure that you intentionally plant the type of seeds you want to experience in the future, as well as the kind of energy you want to send out into the Universe. This episode provides a great example of some of the concepts I have spoken about recently. A lot of the more recent episodes were prompted by this real-life experience. It helps my listeners know that I am right there with them, trying my best to apply these principles in my life.

Today's episode scratches the surface of concepts such as our perception of good vs. bad, yes vs. no, tragedy versus blessing in disguise. Who decides what is good or bad, and where did those concepts come from anyway? If we weren't so busy fighting and beating ourselves up for the aspects of ourselves that someone somewhere deemed bad/undesirable, what heights do you think you could reach? This episode was created with love to prompt the listeners to ask questions in their lives, such as how do I choose to move forward after my plans have not only gone awry but a perceived or real tragedy has struck? Do I believe in a higher power of some kind? If so, can I surrender my attachments/expectations about this situation to them and follow the guidance they provide? Can I surrender my perceptions enough to hear their messages clearly?

In this episode, I discuss some of the roadblocks to finding clarity. Sometimes, the universe provides you with multiple opportunities or maybe even one big decision, and it can be difficult to figure out which path is the right one for you at this time. Oftentimes, we get more confused the harder we try to find the "right" decision. In our pursuit, we find ourselves turning to others for advice or collecting more data to analyze. However, the more people we ask and the more data we collect, the more it seems like it’s only adding additional layers of confusion rather than the clarity we seek. This episode is about slowing down, and releasing the pressure to make the right decision, and releasing attachments to find the perfect path forward.
