NAB Group Investigations & Fraud Unit General Manger, Chris Sheehan joined Peter Gleeson in the studio on 4BC Drive to explain how the big four banks are protecting Australian customers from anonymous scammers.

Sheehan labelled scammers as 'transnational organised criminals' and he said that we will be fighting against them forever because they will never stop.
