NOTE: Carter incorrectly said that Douglass delivered his speech in a church on the 4th of July, 1852. In actuality, this speech was delivered in the Corinthian Hall in Rochester on July 5th. Therefore, every argument Carter has ever made is patently false and can be dismissed in deference to celebrity tweets.
