Harmony elaborates on some of the adversity she faced in Kansas (15:24) and we surprise her with a heartfelt message from one of her high school teachers (22:48). We then get into her transition from Kansas to DC and what it mean't to be at Howard University (26:08). We hit a quick tangent trying to figure out what KD looks like (32:40) before getting into how Harmony became Taylor Rook's first mentee (34:18). We dive into what interviewing really means (37:05) before talking about Harmony's experience at 2023 NBA All Star week (38:43). We then go back to the topic surrounding Taylor Rooks (39:40) and talk about the notion on whether NBA players are embellishing their stories when interviewed by her. The second episode of UNSCRIPT'D (00:00); with guests Cobi and Reggie who are both seniors at Howard University and apart of the event planning group Rebel Events; starts with another intro / no intro (00:31) and a quick explanation as to come Cobi came up with his DJ name "24didthat" (1:26). We then get into both of their upbringings (2:12); including a quick interruption by "Kaneedra" (4:37). They both touch on their past experiences with racism (7:26) which leads to how exactly both of them made their way to Howard University (10:03). We then get into the iconic freshmen year experience at Howard and how their friend group "HHG" came to be (12:37) and their eventual adoption of the event planning group "Rebel Events" (21:26). We start talking about their rise and coming together as a group which includes a quick recap video of their first party, "Remember The Times" (22:59) before diving into the intricacies of what goes into throwing a party (26:19). We recap what the worst party is that they have ever thrown (34:15) followed by what they believe is their best one (38:50). We start off the main dialogue getting to know how Ose thinks he is viewed around Howard University's campus by his fellow peers (1:39) before getting into his unique upbringing (3:39). We then dive into his first attempt at cutting his own hair and gradual rise as a barber (11:26) before hopping into the topic of Charles Herbert Flowers High School where he went to school (24:38) and highlighting Dr. Brown; the principal of said high school (30:41).
