This episode is one of the aspects of growing up that I couldn’t not notice because i have seen many people including myself struggling with making and keeping new friends because of how everyone seems to be stuck in a shell and running out of time while handling life, so here are few tips on how to make lifting friendships even as grown people and what it takes to actually keep them.

I feel like stepping into adulthood is like getting into an escape room where you have to collect and find all sorts of answers and put them up in a smart way in order to exit with success, not much people tell you how overwhelming it will be or how much you will have to constantly change your mind and person while you are in this journey, and this is why i thought about starting a podcast series based on this theme to make it easy for myself and for you to navigate this phase without cracking under pressure.
