Sgt. Demetrick Pennie is a black man who sues “Black Lives Matter.” Demetrick grew up in a low income mainly African American neighborhood where family and friends viewed cops as the enemy. Demetrick made the unpopular decision of joining the army and later on becoming an officer. Some in his community viewed him as a traitor. Torn between his brotherhood of officers and his community Demetrick shares what lead to his lawsuit.
