I've been a fan of Luke since the first time I heard Hurricane. I was lucky enough to see him when he did his first run of visits to radio and he played in my boss's office. It's one of the cool things that go with being in radio, I get to see amazing artists early in their career. I will tell you that he has never changed who he is from the 1st time I met him. He still the most humble person he was then even after all his success and that's what makes me a fan. This was a fun (but short visit) before the show at PNC.

I was pretty excited to sit and talk with Ace. If you don't know he is half of the Ace and TJ show on Hit's 96.1 here in Charlotte and many other stations across the country. As I've said before I'm a fan of great radio people and I love talking to them and hearing how they got where they are in radio. I've always loved listening to their show long before I worked in the same building as them and their "Grin Kids" charity is one of the most amazing things I've ever heard about! But this conversation took a turn when we started talking about our love to KISS. Yes, Ace and I are massive KISS fans and you'll hear that as you listen. You may not know who Ryan Hurd is. Most people know him as Maren Morris' husband, but let me be clear; He was a big name before they met. Ryan is a very in demand song writer in Nashville and well on his way to becoming a big star as a performer as well.
