Today's episode is about my friend Holly the Labrador and her story of going from a puppy farm to a loving home. I want to use the podcast to raise awareness of dogs like Holly who are kept only for breeding litter after litter of puppies, often not in good conditions. When you think about puppy mills or puppy farms, we often concentrate on the puppies, but there are also dogs like Holly who are kept to breed litter after litter – and they need our help.

Please adopt – don't shop! There are so many dogs (and cats) who are looking for good homes.
