I am so grateful to have this platform to share with you everything that processes through my own experience. I deeply appreciate when others share their lessons, learnings, and life in order to uplift others, I've been fortunate to have had many teachers that have come in many different forms over my 33 years on this planet, each one leaving their stamp in my character development. In this first episode of season 2, I take you in to the flow of the energy and share so many of the wonderful lessons I've embodied over the last 6 + months since I reached my dark pit of burnout, where I began to take back control over my own life. I offer you guidance, through reflection, guidance through mind body connection and guidance back home to the center of you. This episode provides a deeper understanding and awareness of survival mode, the importance of slowing down and the potency of connecting to your body's senses to receive the communication of your inner landscape to flow in the grand scheme of it all. Grounded calm and inner peace is what we're doing this year.

This special episode is one just for you! A guided experience to get into connection with your body, to learn the language and ways in which it speaks. Episode 15. Delivering some tough truths I've had to notice within myself around stress, anxiety and my body. Episode 13. Just as this episode is coming out a day later than originally intended, it fits the theme of what is discussed! The collective energy this week has been about things not going according to plan - but I encourage you to notice what else exists in the change. When we can surrender up the ideas of what we want things to look like and focus on what we want things to feel like, the universe conspires in your favour to support that. Little intuitive nuggets are left along the way and for me, the lightness they bring from the joy that I feel is what has fast tracked so many turnovers to occur. The flow found in the energy of play creates synapses in the brain faster than forcing. I heard this through a podcast I listened to about the solar plexus, supported through tuning forks and affirmations, here's the link if you wish to listen to it yourself, it's by Love Hertz. I also referenced Sara Landry of The Birds Papaya when talking about making the right decision and expanding it to making A right decision.

Episode 11. A more vulnerable side of things today, discussing grief surrounding the physical loss of my Dad and masculine counterpart in life but also highlighting how that has shifted, noticing, with hindsight, how things are working out for me. Our inner landscapes carry information that gets hidden through conditioning and trauma and it's within safe spaces, stable, supportive energies that we can reach back to dust them off. This is happening for us individually as well as collectively right now. So what can you do to help yourself? PLAY!! Feeling the lightness for a while, knowing you deserve to have fun even when really going through the shit is also what can help you receive the intuitive guidance that will help you, you guessed it.. move through the heavy and the shit. Counter intuitive? for the ego, yes. The body wants to stay in the comfortable spaces, but as you learn to discern what's discomfort because it's new and what's all out resistance trying to redirect you to the spaces where you will feel lighter, the surrender occurs. And sometimes, the surrender happens from there being nothing else you can do - and that's okay. Apply compassion, notice WHY you may have been trying to control the situation - what you were probably subconsciously trying to keep yourself protected from. Look at and learn where you can lean into the masculine energy, who can support your feels and where Arch Angel Michael can be called in to provide his energy of protection so you may rest, receive and play with your intuition. It's all here to support you - in ways you could have never even imagined.. why not open up to the idea that the universe really does have your back? ;)

Episode 10. Touching on all the things we CAN do to support ourselves through our current season of energy this week. And since energy doesn't work on timelines, whenever you listen to this episode is when you need to hear the messages within it the most. Starting with Rest - What does your body use to pull your attention towards it, signaling it's need for rest? And then, what kind of rest is most helpful for yourself at this time. Next is to turn towards your people, love on them, cheer them on, share in their understanding of need for rest. Also, pay attention to when some people filter out, who ends up showing up with the space their exit created? Was it more of what you once asked for, does it help you understand that life is redirecting you towards your highest potential and this is part of the plan? Reaching towards the small daily habits that we can use to help us open to potential and release the need or idea of control. The unseen is here to help us - so ask for the help! And let the rest unfold as it will and belt it out like Elsa "Let it gooooooo, let it goooo!"
