Stillness is said to be the absence of movement or sound by definition. So, can you find pure joy, that tranquil space that rest and calmness take abode? Being still is not meditation as many would like to think. Come on in and let us get still.

This year 2020, will go down in history as one weird year to be celebrating Christmas. Nothing makes sense. What is however a 'must' duty is to protect the our loved ones in the midst of the new covid-19 strain. So, what can you do this Christmas if you are celebrating it all alone?
