How do you feel about chain letters, "hello beautiful", randoms and the married dude that always is up in your inbox telling you how his chick is "crazy" and he's just there for the kids? Well, I'm gonna tell you how I feel about those messages in the inbox. I have a few choice words [teeth suck].

The customer is not always right! A good customer service person will make them think such but the bottom line is that some of these customers get a little out of line, are demanding and are downright disrespectful. Get ready for some real talk directed to those customers who think because the person of whom they are speaking has on a uniform [providing them a service] that they are within their own right to be rude. Ummmm errrrrr, naw!
