Can we really get rid of fear? The answer is yes! This isn’t a how-to because I definitely do not have all the answers but more sharing my experiences and how I found my self here. I would recommend though watching your death experiences if you have any fear of afterlife because they will make you realize that it is so beautiful and death is nothing to fear so that would be one little bit of advice. The truckers are very important to a spiritual or kundalini awakening.. chakras can help your body balance, your moods and emotions and physical aspects of your body. Your chakras are responsible for things as depression, anxiety digestive issues even cancer. I had no idea and I bet you didn’t either. Welcome to my story and journey as a self proclaimed Yogi and my journey spontaneous Spiritual/Kundalini awakening.
I say accidental but was it?
My life mantra has always been - “Your journey is unfolding exactly as it should be….” I have this hanging in my bathroom and I see it everyday. It hasn’t made 150% sense until now… all of the experiences always felt accidental or that I stumbled upon them. For example my career and my marriage. I always felt how I found them when I least expected it and that someone was guiding me. Almost like an invisible string pulling me from the universe guiding me along the way.
Not to say that I’ve had an easy life. Quite the contrary, in fact the past five years have been by far the hardest so far of my life for a number of reasons but I’ll go over more on that later.
So why am I sharing this and starting this podcast? Spiritual or otherwise known as kundalini awakening in the yoga world is a life changing experience. Very hard to navigate alone and can be so scary if we don’t know what’s happening. I am just here to share my story and what has gotten me through it and to this point. I would never even have thought a year ago that I would be this way now and practice chakra yoga? I took yoga seriously and loved it but I never dove deep into the meditation aspect of it or the why of certain postures. I had no idea about the 7 chakras and that you can heal and balance your body…..

Things were not adding up as we struggled to research and find legitimate content and information for this podcast. We were left frustrated but I was able to get pointed in the right direction to dig a little bit deeper. Once again I stumbled upon Dr. Steven Greer, the Creator of the Documentary Unacknowledged. We are watched a few more documentaries and this time we learned about CE5 Contact. Where you can actually make contact with ET’s. So we had to find out for ourselves if this works! So utilizing the CE5 protocols and the app that I downloaded from the Apple iTunes Store… we made contact. Find out our experiences in this podcast episode and let us know what you think. I am sure that you have been late-night scrolling on Tik Tok or IG Reels and have seen clips of conspiracy theories and crazy UFO sightings. I started noticing that people were trying to prove that we did NOT actually go onto the moon.
In 2000 on the Conan O'Brien show Buzz Aldrin made a quote that has a few confused and when played out of context can really confuse people. NASA teamed up with Westinghouse and did infact spend $2.29 Million dollars on a camera to film the Apollo 11 Space mission. So do we believe that it was an actual Space Mission or it was a 1969 Hollywood studio production? In this podcast, we go over some of the main theories that people claim prove that we didn't actually go to the Moon. Honestly, I don't think we have enough information from Tik Toks and articles but we can continue to speculate.
