We go over many of the things I saw during Friday nights scrimmage - Sorry, we forgot to talk more in depth about the deep ball lol.  How did the O-Line look. What about RT17? Who stood out on both sides of the ball.  Oh yeah, by the way - Suuuuuuhhhhh!!!!!!

Shawn took more of a 'best available" approach while my angle was Special Teams, Special Teams, Special Teams.

I know everyone is up in arms about us apparently not going after Andre Johnson.  But once you dive a little deeper the reasons are very obvious as to why.  He was clearly not a redzone threat and we lay out the stats to prove it.  The Dolphins were the number 1 team in the NFL in redzone trips last year.  Getting from the 20 to the 20 was not a problem.  Getting into the endzone was a different story and Johnson would not have fixed that issue.  Guys like Parker, Cameron and even Jennings are better redzone threats than Johnson.  Pair that with a few other things we mention in the show and you get your answer plain as day.  Also we talk about Jarvis Landry and Dion Sims as this years possible breat out stars and a lot more.  I'm joined by Mika Romero from watchnextyear.com.  A So FL sports website covering mostly Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat.

Has Philbin improved over his first 3 years as the Miami Dolphins head coach.  We site examples that he has.  But is he still a good enough coach to bring the Dolphins where they want to go?  Shawn and I discuss that and whether we feel his low key personality is a good fit for the NFL.  Also, is there a national or even local media biased against the Miami Dolphins?  If so, why?  Or is the biased a bit more with local media?  Are they just jaded from the Dolphins having good off season after good off season but it never translates to wins on the field.
