I've been there.

Jonathan O'Halloran has been there.

But to an extreme many have never experienced.

If your sensitive to the topic of suicide, I give you a fair warning. Jonathan had reached the point of thinking about it... so something had to change immediately!

Jonathan thankfully did reach out for help. He was surprised to find vulnerability aided him in fighting back from the edge. Then he found mentors and methods to learn from. I can't do his dramatic story justice here, so listen as he unabashedly reveals every step.

When he emerged from the toxic self-talk and mental challenges, there stood a confident authentic Jonathan. He still has bad days like all of us. He just handles it differently.

Thats why I labeled this one 'Unstoppable Confidence.' Ups and Downs will come, but now Jonathan has the tools and self-control to mindfully bring himself into the state he desires. THAT is POWERFULL!
